The event is scheduled for Monday, November 4, from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Okeechobee Boulevard Bridge over I-95 in West Palm Beach. Participants are advised to park at the nearby El Dorado Furniture lot, as the Florida Highway Patrol has requested that no parking occur on the bridge.
